Your Outputs
Six PM deliverables from this module
These are the documents and artefacts that prove you can operate as a PM in an Agile team, not just attend the ceremonies.
Sprint Goal Document
A one-page document per sprint: the Sprint Goal, the outcome being tested, the user stories selected to achieve it, and the definition of done for the sprint.
User Story Map
A visual map of all user stories organised by the user's journey. Used to identify the MVP scope, the minimum set of stories that delivers a complete user experience.
Backlog Refinement Register
A structured log of each Backlog Refinement session: items reviewed, estimates agreed, items promoted to ready, and items deferred or removed.
Release Plan
A sprint-by-sprint view of planned features toward a release milestone. Includes velocity assumptions, risk dependencies, and the MoSCoW classification for each feature group.
Definition of Done Checklist
The shared quality criteria every increment must meet before release. Includes code review, test coverage, documentation, and PM sign-off criteria agreed with the team.
Sprint Review Pack
A structured guide for running the Sprint Review: what to demo, who the stakeholders are, what feedback is being sought, and how feedback will be captured as backlog items.
